Rates

• Counseling session - $205.00 per 50 minutes
• Testing (base) - $300.00
• Assessments - $315.00 each
• Group Counseling - $60.00 per session
• Court (4 hour blocks) - $500.00 per block (pre-paid)
• Copies of medical records - $50.00 prepaid (4-6 weeks). Turnaround and transcription fee varies. 
• Intake biopsychosocial assessment 295.00 a one time fee for the additional time it takes.

Payment

Payment must be made at time of service. I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $35.00.
